pacs.008的SERIAL和COVER方式有什么区别？
在SERIAL路由中，pacs.008报文按顺序通过链条中的每家银行。在COVER路由中，pacs.008直接发送到收款银行，同时单独的pacs.009（备付金支付）通过代理行链条转移资金。当付款行和收款行没有直接关系时，使用Cover路由。

Both carry a customer credit transfer. MT103 is the legacy SWIFT FIN text format with numbered fields; pacs.008 is its ISO 20022 XML replacement with structured fields, full UTF-8 support, and a native UETR. What is the difference between pacs.008 and pacs.009?
pacs.008 moves a customer payment: a person or company is the ultimate sender or beneficiary. pacs.009 is a bank-to-bank credit transfer, used for the cover leg in correspondent banking or for transfers between financial institutions, and it replaces MT202 and MT202COV.
Is pacs.008 a SWIFT message?
Yes, in practice. pacs.008 is an ISO 20022 message definition, and SWIFT carries it over its network within CBPR+. The same definition is also used by SEPA, Fedwire, CHAPS and TARGET, so pacs.008 is a global standard rather than something exclusive to SWIFT.
